The name of the organization shall be the LANIER REPUBLICAN ASSEMBLY (LRA). The jurisdiction of the LRA shall include Banks, Dawson, Forsyth, Gwinnett, Jackson, Hall and Lumpkin counties. The boundaries of LRA may be reviewed and revised at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the LRA.
